Growing up in the pool business alongside his father, a pool industry professional with over 40 years of experience, James learned quality installation and customer service from the ground up. Before launching Aviva Pools Ann Arbor, James worked as a professional mechanic (a career defined by precision and the understanding that quality work is never optional).
